West Hill Energy’s experience with survey design, sampling and implementation, along with an extensive toolbox of statistical approaches, provides a powerful combination for researching intractable problems.

Our toolbox covers multi-stage sample designs, multivariate regression, cross-sectional time-series panels, discriminant analysis, propagation of uncertainty and many other methods. Consumption analysis is our specialty, using either monthly bills or interval data. Ms. Parlin pioneered the use of the information-theoretic approach to model selection for residential billing analysis.
